How do I sign up?

• Create a customer account using your preferred email address with The Rag Company BEFORE Applying for a Trade Account. (Bypass this step if you are already registered.)
• Apply for a Trade Account.
• Requires official TRC verification of your business. Please allow up to two (2) business days for code activation and acceptance email.

Trade Account Rules:

• Trade Accounts are open to all types of professional businesses with an active / verifiable website, Facebook page, Instagram feed, other Social Media, State Business Registration Number or other means of validating an active status.
• Approval of Trade Account membership is at the discretion of The Rag Company UK based upon the business validation information provided during the application process.  The Rag Company also reserves the right to cancel membership at any time.
• Online coupon codes cannot be “stacked”. Only one coupon code may be used per order. Use the coupon code that works best for you for any particular order
• Your businesses’ assigned coupon code may only be used by the approved business and cannot be shared with other non-related individuals or businesses. The code is intended only for your own businesses’ official use. Repeat violators of this rule will be notified and have their assigned code de-activated / cancelled for future use.

• Can I resell items purchased through my Trade Account?
  • Yes, you can resell items purchased through your Trade Account.  However, you MUST have officially documented / written permission from The Rag Company to resell any items using The Rag Company brand name (no special permission required for private label / generic brand sales.)
• Are the coupon code discounts available every day or only on special days?
  • Trade Account Member Coupon Code Discounts are available EVERY DAY 24/7 and codes can be used as many times as you need for your business
• What does The Rag Company UK do with the data I provide?
  • The Rag Company UK keeps all information confidential and will never share your email addresses with any third party. We are a company that will protect and safeguard the privacy of our customers. • Why do I need to apply for both a Customer Account and a Trade Account?
  • Customer Accounts are available to all customers of The Rag Company UK. Trade Accounts are only open to businesses, but we also need your associated Customer Account to exist so that we can configure it to correctly recognise your assigned Coupon Code and the associated discount benefits
