Thank you for your interest in The Rag Company's ULTRA H20 range.

Please note: The Rag Company ULTRA H2O products are currently available for pre-order and are awaiting stock arrival, due on or around Friday 14th August.

By placing a pre-order for any ULTRA H2O product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • ULTRA H2O products are available on a pre-order basis only until stock arrives at our warehouse.

  • Your order will not be dispatched until all items in the order are available. This applies whether your order contains ULTRA H2O products only or ULTRA H2O products alongside products from other brands.

  • We will dispatch your order as soon as the ULTRA H2O stock arrives and your complete order is ready to ship.

  • The estimated arrival date above is subject to change, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for pre-order items.

  • Placing a pre-order reserves the product for you, subject to stock availability on arrival.
